Welcome to the Flea Market/Yard Sale information page.

• Flea Market/Yard Sale dates are listed on the Events calendar. Setup is allowed only on scheduled dates.

• Seller setup starts at 7 AM and all spaces are assigned on a first come, first served basis.  Preregistration is not required.  

• Spaces cost $10 per day and money will be collected by Hillside Farmer's Market personnel upon entry.  

• Sellers must provide their own display tables.

• All items must be displayed in the assigned area.

• Spaces must be cleaned up and all items removed by 5 PM. 

• No firearms, alcohol or counterfeit merchandise may be offered for sale.

• EVERYONE MUST HAVE A GOOD TIME!

Hillside Farmer's Market reserves the right to modify these rules as necessary.
